Tooley Pond Quadrangle

This is an unnamed drop located about 1500 feet above Copper Rock Falls, which is a very popular waterfall along the Tooley Pond Road.  This road connects CR 27 in the hamlet of Degrasse to NY 3 near Cranberry Lake. 

Copper Rock Falls is on NYS DEC land.  The hike is 0.15 mile on an established trail.  From there, you can hike up the river bank. You will encounter Copper Rock Upper Falls #1 on your way to this one.

The Grass River flows into the St. Lawrence River in Massena, in St. Lawrence County.
