We received an email on July 5, 2019 from Robert McArthur, the owner of Eggleston Falls.  He made it clear that he does not welcome visitors to his property.  This page has clearly noted for some time that this is private property.  Please honor the property owner's rights.  He will pursue legal action with trespassers.

Eggleston Falls is listed on the USGS GNIS so it is an officially named waterfall.

The Black Pond Creek appears to flow into the Daly Creek which empties into the Sacandaga Reservoir.  This is on the Sacandaga River which flows into the Hudson before reaching the Atlantic Ocean.
