The Jenny Creek actually contains at least three waterfalls that are fairly easy to access.  Although technically unnamed, this waterfall is noted on USGS topographical maps simply as "Falls".  This is the second of three waterfalls you will encounter as you drive up this road.  As such, we have dubbed it the Jenny Creek Middle Falls.  Heading east on New York State Route 3 from Harrisville, you will encounter the hamlet of Pitcairn.  Just past this, the Jayville Road will exit to your right.  Coming from the east on Route 3, it is 3.9 miles from the intersection of St. Lawrence County Route 23.

The Jayville Road is paved for the first 0.8 miles and then turns to dirt and gravel.  At a little over 2.5 miles in, you will see these falls right next to the road.  Please note that there is a private home just downstream and this area is private and posted.  You have a nice, unobstructed view of the falls from the road.  Please respect the homeowner's property and rights.

The falls drop in four or five steps totaling about 10 feet.  The pictures we have here were taken from the road.  We are trying to contact the landowner to get permission to access the creek-bed to get better pictures.

The Jenny Creek flows into the Big Creek which flows into the West Branch of the Oswegathchie River.  This joins the main channel of the Oswegatchie near the hamlet of Talcville in the town of Edwards.  From here it flows into the St. Lawrence River in Ogdensburg.
